5. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Subscription plans for businesses are billed as outlined on our website.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, and materials on NONQUE’s platform are owned by us and may not be used without permission.

  • Users retain rights to their own content but grant NONQUE a license to use submitted materials for promotional purposes.

7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:

  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities

  • Violate any third-party rights, including copyright or trademarks
